HAIL & WIND CLAIMS · TEXAS
We Make Roof Insurance Claims Straightforward
Filing a storm claim on your own is confusing, and missed damage costs you money. We inspect for free, document every hail dent and wind tear the way adjusters need to see it, and meet your adjuster on the roof so your claim reflects the real damage.
The Process
How a Texas Roof Claim Works — With Us in Your Corner
You don’t have to become a roofing or insurance expert to get a fair outcome. Here’s the path, and where we help at each step.
1. Free Inspection
We inspect your roof and document hail bruising, wind damage, and interior effects with clear photos and a written report.
2. File the Claim
You contact your insurer to open the claim — we give you the documentation and details that make that call easy.
3. Meet the Adjuster
We’re on the roof with your adjuster to point out damage that’s easy to miss and make sure the scope is complete.
4. Restore the Roof
Once the claim is approved, we complete the repair or replacement to spec — and you typically owe just your deductible.
Why Have a Roofer Involved
Missed Damage Is Money Left on the Table
Storm damage — especially hail — is easy to underestimate from the ground or in a quick look. When damage isn’t documented, it isn’t paid for, and you’re left covering repairs a covered claim should have handled. Having an experienced roofer inspect first and meet the adjuster on the roof helps ensure the full extent of the damage is on the record.
We know what hail and wind damage looks like across the field, the ridges, the vents, and the soft metals, and we document it thoroughly so your storm claim stands on solid ground.
Honest & Above-Board
We Play It Straight
We only document damage that’s actually there. Insurance fraud hurts everyone and isn’t how we work — but real, covered damage deserves to be fully counted, and that’s where we make sure you’re treated fairly.
- No pressure to file if there’s no meaningful damage
- Clear documentation you and your insurer can both rely on
- Deductible only in most covered claims — we’ll explain how that works for your policy

Claims FAQ
Roof Insurance Claim Questions
Do you file the claim for me?
The homeowner opens the claim with their own insurer — that’s how the policy works. What we do is inspect, document the damage thoroughly, and meet your adjuster on the roof so the claim reflects everything that’s there.
How much will I pay out of pocket?
In most covered storm claims, you’re responsible for your policy deductible and insurance covers the rest of the approved scope. Your exact numbers depend on your policy — we’ll help you understand them.
What if my claim gets denied or underpaid?
It happens, sometimes because damage was missed. We can reinspect and provide additional documentation to support a re-evaluation. We’ll be honest about whether the damage supports pursuing it further.
How soon after a storm should I get inspected?
Soon. Prompt inspection documents the damage while the storm’s cause is clear, protects against the leak spreading, and keeps you ahead of your policy’s reporting deadlines. If water is already coming in, call our emergency line right away.
